                             JUDGMENT

This contempt of court case has been filed alleging violation of the

interim order dated 24-01-2024 in W.P (C) No.40558/2023.

When this matter is taken up for consideration today, it is the

submission of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that the

amounts tendered by the petitioner could not be accepted owing to certain

software issues. It is submitted that if the petitioner remits the amount

manually the same will be accepted by the respondent Corporation. This is

recorded.

Taking into consideration of the above submission, this contempt of

court case is closed.
