                                  JUDGMENT

The contempt case has been filed for non compliance of the

direction issued in the judgment dated 20.05.2024. The respondent

submits that this was a case where the amount was not mentioned

and hence compliance with the direction is impossible since the

judgment proceeds on the basis that the amount has been

specifically mentioned. I find justification in the contention of the

respondent.

In the above circumstances, the judgment dated 20.05.2024

is suo motu withdrawn and the writ petition is disposed of with

another judgment even dated with appropriate directions.
