        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to enlarge the time
   stipulated by this Hon'ble Court for taking appropriate decision in MP
   No.1/2021, as directed by this Hon'ble Court vide judgment dated
   21.9.2023, for a further period of 3 months from 25.3.2024, after
   condoning the delay in filing this enlargement application.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's judgment
   dated 21-09-2023 and upon hearing the arguments of STANDING COUNSEL for
   the applicants in IA/respondents 2,4 and 5 in WP(C), M/S. S.S.ARAVIND,
   M.V.AMARESAN, Advocates for the 1st respondent in IA/petitioner in

                                      ORDER

This is an application filed by the applicants seeking enlargement of time for taking a decision in M.P.No. 1 of 2021, for a further period of three months from 25-03-2024.

Having considered the averments in the affidavit filed in support of the application, IA is allowed as prayed for.
