                            JUDGMENT

Dated this the 20th day of June, 2024

The writ petition was filed by the petitioner seeking the

following relief:-

"Issue a Writ of Certiorari or other appropriate writs, Orders or Directions to call for the records leading up to Exhibit P-4 and to quash the same; ii. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or other appropriate Writs, Orders or directions commanding the respondents to permit the petitioner to pay off the entire liability in the loan account in 30 equal monthly installments in the interest of justice."

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the sale

pursuant to Ext.P2 did not materialise and the petitioner may

be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to

approach this Court again, if situation so warrants.

Granting such liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as

withdrawn.
