     This Application again coming on for orders on 20.6.2024 upon
perusing the application and the affidavit filed in support thereof,and
this court's order dated 12.3.2024, and upon hearing the arguments of
GOVERNMENT PLEADER for the applicants, and of ADV.SHANAVAZ KHAN for R1 and
