                              JUDGMENT

After arguing this matter for some time, the learned

counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a mistake in

the Memorandum because, what has been alleged is that the

members of the third respondent are causing obstruction. He

explained that it is, in fact, the members of the statutory pool

maintained by the Headload Workers Board, who are creating

trouble. He, therefore, sought liberty for his client to

approach this Court again with a fresh writ petition, arraying

proper parties.

In the afore circumstances, this writ petition is

dismissed; with the afore requested liberty being reserved to

the petitioner.
