        This Contempt of court case (civil) having come up for orders on
   12.06.2024, the court on the same day passed the following:


                                             ORDER

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the building belonging to the petitioner which was subject matter of the judgment of this Court could not be numbered, owing to the fact that the petitioner has obtained a permit for construction of seven floors and presently, no lift has been provided. It is submitted that if the petitioner were to file an application stating that he is seeking for Completion Certificate only in respect of three floors, the application can be considered by the Panchayath.
