     CHOKKAD VILLAGE, WANDOOR, KOORAD, MALAPPURAM DISTRICT, PIN - 679339

     STATE OF KERALA, REPRESENTED BY PUBLIC PROSECUTOR,HIGH COURT OF
     KERALA, ERNAKULAM, KOCHI, PIN - 682031

     Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
High Court be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed on the appellant by
Judgment dated 29.05.2024 in S.C.No 1490/2022 of the Special Judge Fast
Track I, Perinthalmanna arising out of Crime No. 519/2022 of the Wandoor
Police Station, and release him on bail, in the interests of justice.
     This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and upon hearing the arguments of K.RAKESH, Advocate for the petitioner,
and of the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the respondent,the court passed the
following:

Heard.

The execution of the sentence imposed on the petitioner

is suspended and bail granted to him on his executing a bond

for Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) with two solvent

sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the trial

Court and subject to the condition that he shall deposit the

fine amount in the trial court within a period of two months.
