                             JUDGMENT

Dated this the 11th day of June, 2024

The petitioner, who is the manager of an Aided Lower

Primary School, has approached this Court with this writ petition

being aggrieved by the staff fixation order passed by the

Educational Authorities. The petitioner submitted Ext.P5 revision

petition, which is now pending before the 1 st respondent. The

limited prayer sought by the petitioner is to direct the 1 st

respondent to pass orders thereon within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the

learned Government Pleader.

3. This writ petition is disposed of directing the 1 st

respondent to take up Ext.P5 revision petition and to pass

appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, after hearing

the petitioner. The orders this regard shall be passed within a

period of four months from date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment.
