        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to pass an order
   staying all further proceedings in pursuant to the Decree and Judgment
   dated 31.07.2023 in AS.No.152 of 2019 on the files of the Court of the
   Additional District Judge-II (Special), Kottayam which arises from the
   decree and judgment dated 29.06.2019 in OS.No.65 of 2016 on the files of
   the Munsiff Court, Vaikom, pending disposal of the above RSA.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 27.05.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MEENA A.,
