   the above Original Petition (CAT), in the interest of justice

When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel appearing

for the petitioners submitted that the controversy in this O.P.(CAT)

is pending adjudication before the Honourable Supreme Court in

S.L.P No.8015 of 2022, which is posted for 16.7.2024.

In that view of the matter, hearing of this Original Petition is

deferred to 9.9.2024. Post this Original Petition on 9.9.2024 along

with connected cases.
