Sri. Sajith Kumar V, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant

submitted that the appellant had assumed duty on 08.08.2022 and he has been

working as Associate Professor, Geology.

2. From the submissions advanced by the learned counsel

appearing for the appellant, we understand that there is one more vacancy for

the post of Associate Professor in the concerned subject.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Central University

shall get instructions and submit before this Court as to whether both persons

can be accommodated.

4. For the time being, the appellant shall be permitted to continue

and shall not be unseated.
