         Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extend the time
   limit prescribed in the judgement dated 25-03-2024 in WP(C) No.8468/2024
         This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's fial order
   dated   25.03.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.O.D.SIVADAS,
   Advocate for the respondent, the court passed the following:

                                               ORDER

This is an application to condone the delay of nine days in

filing the time extension petition.

2. Perusing the affidavit filed in support of this

application, I deem it appropriate to condone the delay of nine

days in filing the time extension petition.

Accordingly, C.M.Appl. No.1 of 2024 is allowed and the

delay of nine days in filing the time extension petition is

condoned.

This is an application for extension of time limit prescribed

in the judgment dated 25.03.2024 in W.P.(C) No.8468 of 2024. WP(C) No.8468/2024 3/4 Order Date : 10-06-2024

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that no extension

shall be granted to the respondent, as the respondent is

seeking three months' time.

3. Considering the affidavit filed in support of the I.A.,

I am inclined to grant one more month's time to the

respondent for compliance.

The time limit prescribed in the judgment dated

25.03.2024 in W.P.(C) No.8468 of 2024 is extended by one

month from today.
