                Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
      affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to condone the delay
      of 133 days in filing the above Review Petition, in the interest of
      justice.

                This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
      application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, this Court's
      judgment dated 21/06/2023 in OP(FT) No. 6/2016 & order dated 18/03/2024
      in CM.Appl.1/24 in RP NO.14/2024 in OP(FT) No.6/2016 and upon hearing
      the       arguments   of   SRI.A.AHZAR,   Advocate   for   the   applicants     in
      C.M.Appl/review petitioners and of SPECIAL GOVERNMENT PLEADER for the
      respondents in C.M.Appl/RP, the court passed the following:
