                                   ORDER

This transfer petition has been filed to transfer O.P.No.464/2023

pending before the Family Court, Aluva to the Family Court, Kottayam at

Ettumanoor.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the

learned counsel for the respondent.

3. The petitioner is the wife and the respondent is the husband.

O.P.No.464/2023 has been filed by the respondent against the petitioner

for restitution of conjugal rights. It is submitted that four other connected

matters between the parties are pending before the Family Court,

Ettumanoor. Since all these cases are connected, it is just and proper that

all of them are tried and disposed of by the same Court. That apart, the

petitioner is now residing at Kottayam which is near to the Family Court,

Ettumanoor.

For these reasons, this transfer petition is allowed.

O.P.No.464/2023 pending before the Family Court, Aluva is withdrawn

and transferred to the Family Court, Kottayam at Ettumanoor for trial and

disposal.
