                                             ORDER

Raja Vijayaraghavan, J.

We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well

as the respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that

paragraph No.15 of the impugned judgment does not tally with the

observations made by the learned Family Court in paragraphs 21 and 22 of

the judgment. While in paragraph No.15, the children are stated to have said

that they were happy with their mother, whereas in paragraph No.21, they

are stated to have turned volte-face.

In the above circumstances, we deem it appropriate to have an

interaction with the parties as well as the children. The petitioner, respondent

as well as the minor children shall appear before this Court on 11.06.2024 at

10.15 am.
