        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to give three months
   time to the petitioner company to compound the offences and to file Form
   NDH 4 as directed by this Hon'ble Court, for the best interest of
   justice.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's Judgment
   dated 19/3/2024 in WP(C), and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.M.V.RAJENDRAN NAIR, Advocate for the petitioner in IA/WP(C), DEPUTY

                                         ORDER

The learned Central Government Counsel - Sri.Ajith Kumar, submits that the petitioner can be facilitated to get access to the site saying that there is no impediment at all. This is recorded. The petitioner therefore can approach the authorities for any assistance.
