When these matters are taken up, it is submitted by the learned

Senior counsel that the Registry has not complied with the directions

issued by this Court in order dated 16.02.2024. There was a specific

direction to issue due notice in the website notifying the constitution of

the Full Bench in advance and requiring counsel who wish to argue on

the point to advance their arguments before this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for both sides submitted that

the matter can be listed for hearing on 19.06.2024 at 1:45 P.M.

3. The Registry is directed to comply with the directions in the

W.A. Nos.745 of 2019, 2104 of 2023 &

order dated 16.02.2024 and notify the hearing of this matter on the

website of the High Court in advance.
