                           JUDGMENT

The petitioner, who is now working as HST (Maths), in

the Teachers Training Institute managed by the 5 th

respondent, has approached this Court being aggrieved by

the rejection of her claim to be promoted as the Principal,

despite her eligibility. As against the claim of the petitioner,

the 6th respondent was promoted as a Principal and being

aggrieved by the same the Writ Petition is filed.

2. Ext.P4 revision petition has been filed before the 1st

respondent. It is further pointed out that, the 7 th respondent

who is also making a claim for the post of Principal has also

submitted Ext.P3 petition seeking similar relief before the 1 st

respondent.

3. Considering the fact that, there are rival claims,

which are now pending before the 1st respondent, it is only

proper that a decision be taken by the 1st respondent on the

same, after hearing all the parties.

In such circumstances this Writ Petition is disposed of

directing the 1st respondent to take up Exts.P3 and P4 W.P.(C).No 20035 of 2024

revision petitions and pass appropriate orders thereon, after

hearing the petitioners and respondents 5 to 7. Orders in this

regard shall be passed within a period of four months from

the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
