     Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to Extend time limit
prescribed in judgment dated 21.02.2024 in writ petition (civil) no.
6735/2024 by a further period of 2 months from 21.04.2024.
     This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, this court's Final order dated
21.02.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of SHRI. G.CHITRA, Advocate for
the respondent, the court passed the following:

                                  ORDER

This is an application to condone the delay of 30 days in

filing the time extension petition.

2. Perusing the affidavit filed in support of this

application, I deem it appropriate to condone the delay of 30

days in filing the time extension petition.

Accordingly, C.M.Appl.No.1 of 2024 is allowed and the

delay of 30 days in filing the time extension petition is condoned.

This is an application for enlargement of time limit

prescribed in the judgment dated 21.02.2024 in W.P.(C)

No.6735/2024 for a further period of two months from

21.04.2024.

2. Going through the affidavit filed in support of the

I.A., I am inclined to extend the time as prayed for.

I.A. No.1 of 2024 is therefore allowed. Time limit

prescribed in the judgment is therefore extended by a period

of two months from 21.04.2024.
