                         JUDGMENT

Dated this the 31st day of July, 2024

Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner has an

effective alternative remedy under Section 75 of the

Employees State Insurance Act, 1948.

2. Faced with the situation, counsel for the petitioner

seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to

approach the Employees State Insurance Court.

Granting such liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as

withdrawn.
