   made in W.P.(C).No.22252/2024 dated 21.06.2024, pending disposal of the
   Writ Appeal.
        This Writ Appeal again coming on for orders on 31.07.2024 upon
   perusing the appeal memorandum, and this Court's Order dated 29.07.2024,
   the court on the same day passed the following:
