                                     ORDER

The petitioner shall appear before the

Tahsildar, Thiruvananthapuram Taluk, 2 nd Floor, Civil

Station, Thiruvananthapuram on 22.08.2024 at 11 A.M.,

for calculating the compensation amount as per the

direction in the judgment. The officials of the

Kerala Water Authority shall also appear before the

Tahsildar, on the same day. No doubt, before taking a

decision, competent officials of the Kerala Water

Authority shall also be heard.
