        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to pass an order staying all further proceedings in pursuant to
   Ext. P9 notice, pending disposal of this Writ Petition (Civil).


        This petition coming on for admisssion upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments
   of SRI.C.M.MOHAMMED IQUABAL Advocate for the petitioner, the Court passed

                                          ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank submits that the

petitioner had earlier approached this Court and filed W.P.(C) No.2630/2023

and though this court had directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.1 lakh, the

same was not remitted. Later, the writ petition was dismissed as withdrawn by

Ext.P7.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank seeks an

adjournment to get instructions.
