                     JUDGMENT

The petitioner is the co-owner of 03.55 Ares of

land in survey Nos.663/2-9 and 663/2-10 of

Elamkulam Village in Ernakulam District. She has

approached this Court seeking a direction to the 1 st

respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer to consider

and pass orders on Ext.P3, Form-6 application filed

under the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and

Wetland Rules, 2008.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner

and the learned Government Pleader.

In the facts and circumstances of the case and

taking into consideration that Ext.P3 is a statutory

application, this writ petition is disposed of with a

direction to the 1st respondent/RDO to consider and

pass orders thereon, in accordance with law, as

expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a

period of four months from the date of receipt of a

copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce

a copy of this writ petition along with the copy of

the judgment before the 1st respondent.
