                              :2:

                      JUDGMENT

Dated this the 23rd day of February, 2024

Government Pleader submits that the writ petition was

disposed of directing the 4th respondent-Agricultural Officer

to forward a report to the 2nd respondent-Revenue Divisional

Officer within a period of one month.

2. The Agricultural Officer, after site visit, has found

that a KSREC report is necessary to ascertain the matter

scientifically. Therefore, the petitioner has been called upon

to make arrangements for obtaining the KSREC Report.

The fact being so, now it is for the petitioner to apply for

KSREC Report paying prescribed fee.

In view of the afore developments, I find that there is

substantial compliance of the direction of this Court. The

Contempt of Court Case is closed granting liberty to the

petitioner to approach this Court again, if situation so

warrants.
