        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all execution
   proceedings pursuant to Judgment and Decree in O.S 234/2005 pending before
   the Munsiff Magistrate Court,Paravur, till the final disposal of the
   appeal.

        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 12.01.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.M.BALAGOVINDAN, SRI.ANOOP A. Advocates for the petitioners and of
   SRI.S.SANTHOSH KUMAR & SMT.ANJANA S.SANTHOSH, Advocates for R2 & R3, the
   court passed the following:




                                        ORDER

Learned counsel for the appellants submitted that additional 2nd appellant is no more.

Paper publication as per order dated 12.01.2024 not filed.

Notice affixed against R1,R4,R5 and R6.

Hence, the appellants are directed to produce paper publication and also take steps to implead LRs of additional 2nd appellant, who is no

more, within a period of seven days.

Post on 08.04.2024.

In view of failure to comply order of this Court dated 12.01.2024, there shall be no interim stay in operation.
