When this matter was called today, the learned counsel

for the petitioner submitted that he is not pressing this writ

petition because, pending this lis, the relief sought for by him

had already been obtained.

This writ petition is dismissed as not pressed, however,

with liberty being reserved to the petitioner to approach this

Court again, if so required in future.
