        Writ Petition (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to issue an interim direction, directing the respondent Secretary,
   Regional Transport Authority, Idukki to consider Ext.P-3 request for
   clearance certificate in respect of stage carriage vehicle KL 05 AD 0721
   covered by permit on the route Pazhayarikandam - Kottayam in the light of
   Ext.P4 and P5 judgments and issue the same without insisting for surrender
   of permit, provided there is no other legal impediments, pending disposal
   of the Writ Petition.


        This Petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order dated
   06/12/2023 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI. RENU B. RAJ, Advocate
   for the petitioner, the court passed the following:
