   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings in EP No.276/2017 in OS No.580/2012 on the file of
   the Additional Sub Court, Thiruvananthapuram, pending disposal of Original
   Petition (Civil).


        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.G.S.REGHUNATH, Advocate for the petitioner, the court passed the

Issue notice by speed post to the respondent.

Petitioner may also serve the respondent through the counsel appearing in the court below.

Posat after two weeks.
