Writ Petition (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances

pleased to stay Ext.P6 award passed by the Industrial Tribunal, Kollam
pending disposal of the Writ Petition.
This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
M/S.N.ANAND, SAIJU S. & BIJITH S.KHAN, Advocates for the petitioners and

ORDER
Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the
petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the 2 nd
respondent, I am of the opinion that an attempt can be made to
settle disputes between the petitioners and the 2 nd respondent
through mediation.
Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioners or their duly
authorized representative and the 2nd respondent shall appear
before the Mediation Centre attached to the Kerala High Court at
11.00 AM on 16.02.2024 and attempt to settle their disputes
through mediation.
