         Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to direct the respondents 2 and 4 not to disburse any compensation
   to respondents 6 and 7 in respect of the property in Sy. No. 122/1
   pursuant to the Ext. P5 judgment, pending final disposal of the writ
   petition.

        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this court's order dated
   03.07.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. J.OM PRAKASH, C.X.ANTONY
