     Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extend the time
granted by this Hon'ble Court for a further period of 9 months, from
02-12-2023, for paying the amount due to the petitioners in the writ
petition, in the interest of justice.


     This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's Judgment dated
02.06.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S T.R.HARIKUMAR, ARJUN
RAGHAVAN Advocates for the Applicants in IA/respondents in WP(C) and of
M/S B.PRAMOD, NAMITHA JYOTHISH, Advocates for the respondent in IA/
petitioner in WP(C), the court passed the following:

                                        ORDER

Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the

applicants in the interlocutory applications and the learned

counsel appearing for the writ petitioners, as a last chance, time

for compliance of the directions contained in the judgment is

extended till 30.07.2024, subject to the condition that 25% of

the amount due shall be paid by 30.05.2024 and the balance

amount shall be paid by 30.07.2025. It is made clear that no

further extension of time will be granted under any

circumstances.
