                          JUDGMENT

Petitioner is a stage carriage operator operating service on the

route Varamkadavu-Kannur HQ Hospital and the regular permit is

valid till 06.05.2022. The petitioner submitted Ext.P2 application for

renewal of permit and Ext.P3 application for temporary permit.

2. The limited prayer of the petitioner is to give a direction to

the respondents to consider and pass orders on Exts.P2 and P3

applications.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the

learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a

direction to the respondents to consider and pass orders on Exts.P2

and P3 applications, in accordance with law, after hearing the

petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of two

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
