Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances

pleased to stay all further proceedings pursuant to Exhibit-P8, pending
disposal of the above Writ Petition.
This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
SRI.S.SANAL KUMAR (SENIOR ADVOCATE), along with SRI.VIJAI

Standing Counsel representing the Devaswom Board
submits that Ext.P8 had to be issued in the light of the
Division Bench judgment of this Court in SSCR No.43 of 2023
and DBP No.130 of 2023.
2. Going through the pleadings in the writ petition, we
find that there is a change of situation resulting from Ext.P6
judgment and the quantum of flowers to be supplied has been
increased in view of Ext.P6.
3. The petitioner submits that the petitioner has also
filed a review petition, which is not numbered.
4. Admit.
5. Government Pleader takes notice for respondents
1 and 2. Standing Counsel takes notice for respondents
3 to 6.
There will be an interim order staying operation of
Ext.P8 for a period of two months.
