        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to grant 5 weeks time
   from today in order to pay the balance of Rs.2,00,000 out of Rs.4,00,000
   stipulated in the order in Writ Petition 6763 /2024 and till that time all
   the proceedings in Exhibit P1 dated 22.01.2024 shall be kept in abeyance.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's final order
   dated 07.03.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.R.SASITH &
   R.K.CHIRUTHA, Advocates for the petitioner and of M/S. K.K.CHANDRAN PILLAI

                                              ORDER

The petitioner states that the petitioner remitted

₹2 lakhs out of the ₹4 lakhs directed to be paid on or before

27.03.2024. The petitioner submits that the petitioner will pay

the balance amount of ₹2 lakhs on or before 30.04.2024.

If the petitioner remits ₹2 lakhs on or before 30.04.2024,

the respondent shall treat the same as made in compliance of

the judgment dated 07.03.2024.
