                               ORDER

This transfer petition has been filed to transfer O.P.No.1429/2021

pending before the Family Court, Irinjalakuda to the Family Court,

Ernakulam.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as

the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent fairly conceded that

the respondent has no objection in allowing the transfer petition.

Moreover, a connected matter as O.P.No.559/2024 between the parties is

pending at Family Court, Ernakulam.

Hence, this transfer petition is allowed. O.P.No.1429/2021 pending

before the Family Court, Irinjalakuda is withdrawn and transferred to the

Family Court, Ernakulam for trial and disposal.
