                               JUDGMENT

When this matter was called today, the learned

Government Pleader submitted that the directions in the

judgment have been fully complied with and that the transfer

of Registry has been effected in favour of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he

does not have full instructions in this regard.

In the afore circumstances, I close this contempt case

recording the afore submissions of Smt.Vidya Kuriakose;

however, leaving liberty to the petitioner to seek a rehearing,

if it is found to be inaccurate in future.
