                             JUDGMENT

1. This writ petition has been filed for a writ of

mandamus, commanding the respondent to take a

decision on the application of the petitioner for a change

of timing for the Stage Carriage vehicle bearing

registration No.KL-33D-3642 for which the permit has

been granted to ply on the route Panickankudy-

Valakode.

2. The ground on which the application has been

filed that the same timings have been allotted for plying

first Stage Carriage vehicle by KSRTC and this is

affecting the petitioner's business badly. Ext.P1 is the

application submitted by the petitioner on 22.08.2023.

However, till the date no decision has been taken by the

respondent.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is W.P.(C) No.29408 of 2023

disposed of with direction to the respondent to take and

inform the procedure on Ext. P1 in accordance with law

considering all the affected parties within a period of two

months.
