Dated this the 5th day of September, 2023

After arguing for a while, the learned counsel for the

petitioner, who sought regular bail for the petitioner for the 3 rd

time in crime No.777/2022 of Kondotty police station,

Malappuram District, sought permission to withdraw this

petition. In fact, the earlier Bail applications at the instance of

the petitioner were dismissed as per order in B.A.10354/2022

dated 15.02.2023 and B.A.No.3167/2023 dated 22.05.2023.

Since the petitioner sought permission to withdraw this petition,

the same stands dismissed as withdrawn.

Registry is directed to forward a copy of this order to the

Jurisdictional Magistrate Court and Sessions Court for information

and future guidance.
