ORDER
In view of the fact that similar matter is now pending before the Apex Court, we admit this matter and respondent takes notice. The direction in the Apex Court in SLP No.15917 of 2023 shall also be followed in this matter.
There shall be a stay as prayed for on condition that direction in the SLP shall be followed in this matter.
