        Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
   circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
   to stay the operation and implementation of the judgment dated 03.03.2023
   in WP(C) No.25613/2022 pending disposal of the above writ appeal.

   the appeal memorandum, the court on the same day passed the following:




                                       ORDER

In view of the fact that similar matter is now pending before the Apex Court, we admit this matter and respondent takes notice. The direction in the Apex Court in SLP No.15917 of 2023 shall also be followed in this matter.

There shall be a stay as prayed for on condition that direction in the SLP shall be followed in this matter.
