   perusing the letter dated 01-06-2023 of Addl. District Judge- II, Palakkad
   and this courts judgment dated 18-07-2022, the court on the same day
   passed the following.

Perused the communication of the learned Additional District Judge- II, Palakkad dated 01-06-2023.

For the reason stated in the above communication, the time period fixed by this court to dispose of EP No. 90/2010 is enlarged by a period of two months from 01-06-2023.
