        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to reopen the above
   contempt case, which was actually closed on 23/01/2023 on a wrong
   submission made by the respondent.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, this Court's judgment dated
   23/01/2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. T.P.PRADEEP, P.K.SATHEES
   KUMAR, MINIKUMARY M.V., R.K.PRASANTH & JIJO JOSEPH, Advocates for the
   petitioner in IA/COC and of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for the respondent in
   IA/COC, the court passed the following:

                                             ORDER

Government Pleader will get instructions whether the directions are

complied or not. If the directions are not complied, this Court will be

forced to reopen the Contempt and to order appearance of the respondents.

Post on 27/10/2023.

Issue a copy of this Order to the Government Pleader who will

communicate the same to the respondents.
