                           JUDGMENT

The limited plea of the petitioner in this Writ Petition - that

the amounts due to him, against a contract which has been

satisfactorily completed, be directed to be paid by the Kerala Water

Authority - is not opposed by the learned Standing Counsel for the

Water Authority - Sri.V.V.Joshy, but seeking a 'reasonable' period

of time to honour it.

2. I record that the learned Standing Counsel, in fact,

sought four months time.

In the afore circumstances, I allow this Writ Petition and

direct the 1st respondent - Water Authority, to ensure that all

eligible amounts due to the petitioner, covered by Ext.P2 voucher,

are disbursed to him, not later than three months from the date of

receipt of a copy of this judgment.
