        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings for execution of the judgment and decree dated 18.3.2023 in
   O.P.No.115/2021 on the files of Honourable Family Court, Thodupuzha,
   pending consideration of the above Matrimonial Appeal, in the interest of
   justice.


        This Application again coming on for orders, upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this court's
   order dated 15.06.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of MR.GERRY DOUGLES
   S. Advocate for the applicants, the court passed the following:
