                           JUDGMENT

The petitioner retired from the service of the 1st

respondent Company on 31.05.2019. The grievance of the

petitioner is that, the gratuity payable to him has not

been disbursed.

2. Heard, learned Counsel on both sides.

3. Financial constrains is the reason projected by

the 1st respondent for delay in payment of gratuity.

4. Taking note of the judgment passed by this Court

in W.P.(C)No.8949 of 2023 and in tune with the same, it is

ordered that the entire gratuity amount payable to the

petitioner shall be paid not later than six months from

the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. WP(C) No.22642 OF 2023

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
