        OP (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   execution proceedings in LAR No. 102/1998 of Sub Court, Kozhikode pending
   disposal of O.P (C).


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   2.8.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for the
   petitioners and of SRI.T.G.RAJENDRAN, Advocate for the respondents, the
   court passed the following:

The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that revised statement has been filed.

Interim order will stand extended till 22.11.2023.
