                                JUDGMENT

Admit. Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1 to 4.

In view of the order that is proposed to be issued, notice to the 5 th

respondent is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner was appointed as a Full Time Menial. The

appointment was not approved as per Ext.P4 order. The 5 th

respondent-Manager has filed Ext.P5 appeal and the petitioner has

filed Ext.P6 appeal against Ext.P4 order. The petitioner seeks early

disposal of the same.

In view of the limited prayer made, this writ petition is disposed

of directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P5

and P6 after hearing the petitioner and the 5 th respondent, at the

earliest, at any rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a

copy of this judgment.
