                                 JUDGMENT

This original petition has been filed seeking speedy

disposal of MC No.43 of 2021 pending before the Judicial First

Class Magistrate Court-I, Kanjirappally.

2. A report was called for from the Judicial First

Class Magistrate Court-I, Kanjirappally and as per the report

dated 19.10.2023, it is reported that a minimum of six months time

may be required for disposing of MC No.43 of 2021.

Having regard to the contents of the report and taking

into consideration the fact that several five year old matters are

pending before that Court, this Original Petition will stand

disposed of, directing that MC No.43 of 2021 pending before the

Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-I, Kanjirappally shall be

disposed of within a period of ten months from the date of receipt

of a certified copy of this judgment.
