   Court be pleased to grant interim stay of execution of Judgment and decree in OS.No.903/2008 of Sub
   Court,Thiruvananthapuram, pending disposal of the 2nd appeal.

          This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit
   filed in support thereof and this court's order dated 18.09.2023 in IA.1/2022 and upon hearing the
   arguments of SRI.P.M.MOHAMMAD SHIRAZ & SRI K.P RENADIVE Advocates for the petitioners and of
   SRI.K.P.SUJESH KUMAR, Advocate for Respondents 1 and 2, the court passed the following:

                        ORDER

Interim order shall stand extended till 06.11.2023.
